Creating places where our residents can truly belong goes beyond just the masterplan design, it comes back to creating opportunities for the community to come meet, connect and celebrate.
Families from all walks of life call our community home and we have the privilege of getting to know everyone, whether it’s from the first moment they step into the sales office, attend a welcome event or one of many events held throughout the year.
Beyond the green spine is a community brimming with heart-warming stories, connections and memories to last a lifetime. With so much to see, do and experience, the opportunities are endless for residents to form genuine friendships with their neighbours and build the life they have always dreamed of.
We have seen our community grow from strength to strength and it is wonderful to cherish the existing and welcome the new, all within a place that truly feels like home.
Meet our Community & Development Officer
At the heart of Covella is a place that brings people together, be it a brand-new park opening, fitness session or community gatherings over a shared meal.
The importance of fostering a connected community lies in the hands of Covella’s dedicated Community & Development Officer, Sarah Tebbutt. From exciting initiatives to unforgettable events, Sarah spends her time cultivating a sense of community, ensuring residents have opportunities to forge connections, have meaningful conversations, and build lasting friendships with the ones they live closest too.
Sarah plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between residents and locals by actively engaging with the Greenbank community, clubs, and organisations that form the backbone of our neighbourhood. The Sponsorship and Grants program is an integral part of Covella’s overarching Community Engagement and Events Program, one Sarah leads with pride in support of the local community and overall investment back into the region.
