Welcome Trish & Alex to Covella

We are pleased to introduce Alex Sing and Trish Wilson to the sales team at Covella.

We recently took some time to chat with the team and hear about their roles within our community.

You’ve recently joined the team; can you tell us a little bit about yourself and what drew you to the position of Sales Consultant at Covella?

Alex: I am a passionate property professional who has been based around Brisbane for several years. I was drawn to the position as I love the area and the Covella community, it provides a sense of seclusion that embraces you from the very first day.

Trish: For the past eight years I have worked in Property Management and found my love for helping people. I’m excited to be working within a community-centric address, where I can help people find their ideal new home.

As Sales Consultants, can you tell us a little bit about your role and what you will get up to?

Alex: At Covella, I show new customers around the community and help families find the perfect place to call home, and then support buyers through the entire process to ensure their experience is as seamless as possible. It can be daunting but we are here in the office seven days a week to help with any queries and be there to celebrate such a big step in their new home journey.

Trish: Provide outstanding customer service to obtain information about potential buyers to assist them to find their dream block of land for their new home.

Although you’re still getting to know the community, what are some of your favourite things about Covella?

Alex: I am a big fan of the green corridors around the community, the parklands and the proximity to Greenbank’s shopping hub.

Trish: There is something for everyone, whether you’re searching for a grand family-sized block, or something low-maintenance, there is a lot to suit your requirements. For me, I love the Lifestyle Lots, these vast lots deliver a genuine feeling of living amongst nature, something you won’t find anywhere else.

What are you looking forward to most about your new role as Sales Consultant at Covella?

Alex: I am excited to meet members of the community here at Covella, and work with new buyers to find the perfect spot for them to call home.

Trish: I’m looking forward to helping buyers find the perfect home for their families and watching Covella’s community continue to grow.
